What You’ll Do:
As a Carpenter or Lead Carpenter, you’ll take on a wide variety of projects that keep every day fresh and rewarding:
- Diagnostics & Repairs
- Engage with customers to identify areas of concern.
- Diagnose leaks and damage on roofing, siding, soffit/fascia, insulation and gutters.
- Document with photos, prepare estimates, and review repairs with homeowners.
- Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and with pride.
- Communicate clearly with customers about scheduling and progress.
- Deliver high-quality work and provide follow-up for peace of mind.
- Represent First American with professionalism on every jobsite.
- Participate in training and development to sharpen your skills.
What We’re Looking For:
We value attitude and work ethic as much as experience. If you’re dependable, eager to learn, and love working outdoors, we want to hear from you.
- General carpentry skills required.
- Roofing, siding and/or insulation installation experience preferred.
- Trailer hauling experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
